From May to August in 2022, the brewery will release 4 different Junmai Daiginjo with same yeast and same polishing rate, the only difference is sake rice. The first one is this sake, making
of Akaiwa Omachi from Okayama.
2022年5月から8月の4か月に渡り、同一精米同一酵母で、米品種のみが異なる純米大吟醸が発売されます。トップバッターはこの「天美純米大吟醸赤磐雄町」となります。
