Made of Kairyo Shinko, and it has rich sweet and sour taste. If you are not quite good with sweet taste, it is recommended to drink this sake by adding some ice cube.
濃密な甘さとジューシーな酸と複雑さ、良くできたと思います。やや想定よりも甘くなってきていて、少し甘さが重い方には、夏なのでロックでもお勧めしてみてください。
