Description
This premium series is named after the Buddhist teaching that even a single drop of water contains the life of a Buddha. This sake is made using Yamada Nishiki rice, which is polished to 40%, and is suitable for sake brewing. It is slowly brewed at low temperature. Like the locust tree, which has been said to be a noble tree since ancient times, this Junmai Daiginjo has a noble and elegant taste and a pleasant aftertaste. 100% Yamada Nishiki rice is used.
一滴の水にも仏の命が宿るという仏教の教えから命名したプレミアムシリーズ。精米歩合40%の酒造好適米山田錦を、低温でゆっくりと醸しました。古来より尊貴の木と言われてきた槐(えんじゅ)のごとく、気高く上品な味わいと、心地よい余韻を持つ純米大吟醸です。山田錦全量使用。
