紅ロマンという赤米を使用。外観はキレイなロゼ色です。お米の香りにほんのり小豆バーを思わせるような香り、ベリー系の香りを感じます。口に含むとまろやかで軽快な甘味。爽やかな酸が寄り添います。含み香にはブルーベリーのようなテイストも感じられます。中盤から後半にかけてじわりと旨味が膨らみ、ほんのり糠のような香りを感じつつ、ほろ苦渋味と共にフィニッシュ！
Made of red rice, the color is beautiful rose. Aroma like red bean, but it is like berries too. It has smooth and light sweetness, and refreshing sour taste, like blueberry. Later there is more umami coming out, and some aroma like bran, and little bitter taste too.
使用赤米，故外表是漂亮的玫瑰色。
紅豆般的香氣，也有點類似莓系的香氣。
味道為醇滑而輕快的甜味，以及清爽的酸味，彷如藍莓般的風味
。中段開始旨味更為強烈，能感受到糠般的香氣，及少許苦澀味
